Federal congresswoman Érika Hilton (PSOL-SP) had her image altered by artificial intelligence in racist videos on TikTok. This content is part of a wave of synthetic videos that reproduce racism and transphobia, identified by a survey conducted by Aos Fatos. In these images, the congresswoman is either shown as if she had never undergone gender transition or with her face and hair being “transformed” by a welding torch. Soccer player Vinicius Jr. was also a target of this type of attack, which mixes videos with a satirical and aggressive tone to spread racism.
